Michael Jackson or how to clear your name in one easy lesson

In the sane part of my brain, I marvel at the ability of the media to alter perceptions.
They should be labeled drugs for the effect that they can have on society and it's perception of someone, something, a country and it's leaders, etc. ...
What I'm completely blown away by is the lack of social memory that the country/world seem to be afflicted with.
Now I may be wrong, but as I remember it Michael Jackson,(hereafter refereed to as MJ), was accused of child molestation and was acquitted. That was once. There was another known instance where he paid the family 20 million to not press charges. Who knows how many other families were paid?
If it were anyone else but MJ, they would be on the list of accused sex offenders and watched for signs of pedophilia. They would be required counseling and treatment if needed. That's just for ACCUSED SEX OFFENDERS. If convicted the penalties are much harsher.
This man was a pedophile in my opinion. I haven't changed my mind by his death, just revolted to see the adoration heaped on him by the world press and sick fans.
I'm going to start sending Ireports if this insane coverage of this pervert continues w/no mention of his sickness.
So that's how to clear your name if accused of a heinous crime. DIE and be famous. That's apparently all it takes to be a wonderful human being. Just die famous, have children and be in debt...Lee Harvey Oswald should be so lucky.
