Dylan cops out

God I hate to post this, but it was inevitable. Mr.Zimmerman became another pitchman.
I thought I'd heard snatches of his work in commercials before, but last night I saw a poopsie commercial w/him & some hip-hop dude doing "Forever Young".
All I can do is ask why? This song was reportedly written for his children. I sent the lyrics in a card to my youngest son on his 18th birthday.
Is Bob so poor that he has to sell his/our memories? Did his 401k loose all it's value? Is he being forclosed on? Did the IRS get him for back taxes and take everything? I Think NOT!!!
He's constantly touring and re-releasing cds, + all the online shwag his co. sells.
What's the deal Bob, did you feel left out of the greedy artists who haven't ripped loyal fans off w/ $400 seats, or done a nostalgia tour. Oh yeah, you're on one now, w/ the Dead and Willie.
I'm one of the old fans from the 60s who championed you for poet laureate and backed you electrification. I pre-bought your last couple of albums and own almost your entire catalog of music and videos.
I'M MAD AS HELL AND AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! THAT'S IT. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING RELEASED BY MR. ZIMMERMAN, AND WILL SHARE WHAT I BOUGHT.
Thanks for listening to the rant, but I'm just tired of these aritist who we made rich, selling our memories for the power of gold. (thank you Dan Fogelberg)
